The Pick O' the Litter Box: Let me see if I can explain this...first there came the bird fountain, then someone designed a bird fountain that looked like a cat wearing scuba gear was emerging from its depths, then they made a windsock out of the cat in scuba gear masquerading as a bird fountain.
